Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the date our shipping provider notes you received your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or is returned after the 30-day return period will not be refunded or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards,downloadable software products, and sale items.Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. ALL BUYERS REMORSE OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

Posting of refunds to your account are subject to the policies of your bank, credit card company or other payment source. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@adxcomputing.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@adxcomputing.com and send your item to: 2904 NE Lorie Dr. Hillsboro, Oregon US 97124-4035.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, the gift giver will be notified of your return and be sent the refund.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any unpaid return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policy

1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty

All devices repaired or replacement devices returned to you are covered by a limited 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty. The 1 Year coverage begins on the date our Shipping provider notes your repaired device was received by you. If within the 1 Year coverage, you submit a valid claim notifying The Repair Depot that the Covered Device has failed due to mechanical failure not caused by physical damage or misuse,

(i) Repair the defect using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or

(ii) Exchange the Covered Device with a replacement product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Continuing coverage only applies to an operational or mechanical failure that is not caused by an accident from handling that is the result of an unexpected and unintentional external event (e.g. drops and liquid contact) that arises from your normal daily usage of the Covered Device as intended for such Covered Device. Coverage does not include (a) protection against normal wear and tear, theft, misplacement, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct associated with handling and use of the Covered Device.

Abandoned Items. Abandoned Items will be recycled after 2 Years if payment has not been received after repair or evaluation. This is the standard in the repair service industry. We will attempt to contact you to get your unit returned. If you have paid for the return shipping, it will be shipped back you. If no payment has been made, it will become a recycled unit and will no longer be available for return shipment.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders except desktop computers are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

All systems require a 7-10 business day handling time for building and testing.

Shipment Cost

Delivery is free for addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
